With the heat of the summer over and some lovely temperatures now here at Desert Springs I am starting to see some more enquiries coming through. 2 couples are already booked to see property here in October and I look forward to welcoming them. This year has seen a good level of sales so far with villas, townhouses, cottages and apartment all finding new owners.
